The Fund will inform you of any changes to your benefits to the extent required by Law. We suggest you review this material carefully in order to take full advantage of the benefits provided.
Benefits are provided to all eligible employees of Contributing Employers that have been accepted for participation in the Fund and on whose behalf the Contributing Employer is required to make contributions to the Fund. Your Contributing Employer is required to make specified contributions to the Fund. Participants and beneficiaries may receive, upon written request to the Fund Office, information as to whether a particular employer is a
contributing employer and if so, that employer's address.
The Fund is administered by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees has the power to interpret the provisions of the Plan and the terms used therein. Any such interpretation adopted by the Trustees in good faith will be binding upon you and your eligible Dependents.
